The SOS CTI Division
The SOS CTI Division is dedicated to providing critical intervention and support to approximately 4,500 individuals experiencing street homelessness across New York City. Our multidisciplinary teams are composed of licensed clinicians, care managers, peer specialists, and registered nurses.
We work in close coordination with State and City partner outreach teams, law enforcement, and healthcare facilities to identify and serve high-need individuals in the community.
